We are delighted to announce that NRI Civils have been successful in our tendering for Lagan Homes new development at Priors Hall Park in Corby.
The development is a 1000 acre site, which Lagans have already completed over 200 units on previous phases, and have a further 279 units to complete along with associated adoptable roads and sewers.
The development will lead to further major developers such as Barratt, David Wilson’s, TaylorWimpey and Francis Jackson taking parcels of land which will produce over 1,000 new homes in total. The development also includes commercial offices and is home of Corby Business Academy, as well as Rockingham Speedway and the Prestigious Corby Golf Club.
