Grass fed organic beef from Riverford farm. The ribeye cut is known as one of the most desirable cuts of beef. Because it comes from a muscle that does very little in the cows lifetime, it is incredibly tender. It has fantastic marbling which lends the ribeye steak its amazing flavour. Pan fry on a high heat, leave to rest and then enjoy!
