The board, itself, is just fine. Dry-erase markers work well on the whiteboard surface and erase easily. The hitch, for me, was the poorly designed instruction manual, which depicts the parts list on page 3, then lists general product information in multiple languages. There was no information up front about installation — which seems like it wouldn’t be a problem because it’s just a whiteboard/corkboard, right? But the product comes with drywall anchors and screws, but no hangers or wire, so it wasn’t at all apparent how you’re supposed to hang the board on the wall. I checked product reviews on Amazon for clues and was further confused by numerous references to adhesive strips (my product came with no such strips; I assume adhesive strips are used to mount smaller versions of this board than the one I purchased). Finally, I noticed a photo on the product page that suggested the plastic covers at the corners are removable and conceal screw holes. The instructions confirm as much…but not until page 19, after 15 pages of product information in 7 different languages. Should I have flipped to the end of the instructions from the get-go? Probably. Am I the only person who assumed the “universal” information, including about installation, would be located toward the front of the instruction booklet where generally everyone will see it? Most assuredly not. Anyway, I guess the moral here is read your product instructions to the end, even when you get to languages you don’t know. Good golly. [...]
