I purchased Amazon Frogbit (Limnobium Laevigatum) for my UNS 25C planted koi betta tank, and I am delighted with the results.Condition Upon ArrivalWhen the Amazon Frogbit arrived, I received about a dozen individual plants. All the plants were in excellent condition, with vibrant green leaves and healthy, robust roots. There were no signs of damage, pests, or algae, which is always reassuring when purchasing live plants online.Acclimation to the TankThe plants acclimated quickly to the environment in my UNS 25C tank. Within 24 hours, they floated effortlessly on the surface, and their roots started adapting to the water.• The tank is equipped with a TWINSTAR LIGHT VER. II 20B, which provides ample light without overheating the water.• The water parameters in the tank are stable and well-maintained, with a gentle flow that prevents the Frogbit from being tossed around.• The koi betta in the tank seemed to appreciate adding the plants almost immediately.The Amazon Frogbit has brought several advantages to my tank:1. Shade for the Koi Betta: The wide, floating leaves of the Frogbit provide a natural shade, creating a more serene and stress-free environment for the koi betta.2.
