We are delighted to have secured our first development for Taylor Wimpey, East Midlands at Little Billing in Northampton.

The development consists of Adoptable Roads and Sewers, including sewer outfalls into existing rivers. Also groundworks to 94 domestic plots, including extensive retaining structures throughout the development.

“This is a sign of our growing reputation that we have been able to secure this development with one of the major national house builders in Taylor Wimpey and we look forward to our partnership going forward”.

NRI also received some lovely feedback from a member of the public who lives in one of the plots on the construction site:

Dear Sirs,

“Can I take a minute of your time to praise 2 members of staff from NRI Kettering, I think their names are Martin and Mark.  My wife Wendy suffers with serious dementia problems. Today she had a turn whilst descending the stairs and refused to budge. For all my efforts I could not move her. I sat her down but could not lift her – I was stuck! The above guys were working on site just outside our property and I asked for help.  They responded instantly making safe their equipment and tools then accompanying me to our house. They removed their dirty footwear and helped me lift Wendy to a safe 1st Floor lounge. I was truly grateful.

This is not an isolated instance of their caring nature. I also have a disabled son Jethro and they have gone to great lengths to make sure I can exit and enter our property safely.  A great crew who take a lot of stick and abuse from selfish residents but never react. I hope you will recognise their efforts and reward them. Many Thanks.”
